Alyce has specific experience advising energy corporations on wide range of issues including project development, water related issues, Land Court proceedings (for both objections and compensation matters), land access, co-development, environment, due diligence as well as commercial agreements such as Sale and Purchase, Farm-in and Services Agreements.
Alyce has also advised both Native Title Holders and energy corporations on a wide range of areas including Cultural Heritage Management Agreements, Section 31 Deeds and Ancillary Agreements, and Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

Prepared Coordination Arrangement and Co-development Agreement for the New Hope Group. Advised on Certificate of Public Notice and Application compliance for Jellinbah Resources and the New Hope Group.
Provided strategic advice on approvals under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Qld), Regional Planning Interests Act 2014 (Qld) and other water related approvals for various resource companies.
Resource industry Grants
Provided strategic advice regarding pathways to tenure grant for various projects, including for leading resources industry participants.
Provided strategic advice on mining lease objections proceedings for Queensland-based resource company.
Acted in landholder compensation negotiations and litigation for leading resource companies.
Undertook Native Title assessments and Native Title negotiations, acting both for resource companies and for Native Title groups.
