About Amy
Amy has over 14 years’ experience in banking and finance. She regularly advises lenders and borrowers across a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including property, acquisition and general corporate financing.
Prior to working at McCullough Robertson, Amy worked at leading law firms in Sydney and has gained valuable commercial experience working in-house at Westpac, Macquarie Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Amcor on secondments.
Amy advises clients from a wide variety of industries, including investment and institutional banks, property developers and investors and other public and private entities.
Additionally, having extensive experience advising on cross-border transactions, Amy possesses the foresight into the issues that arise in cross-border financings involving Australian entities or assets.

Advised in relation to a $86 million construction loan in respect of Stage C of the landmark ‘Southpoint’ development in Brisbane.

Advised on the acquisition facility to the Big River Group.

Acted for the Australian aspects of a secured financing transaction with Nordea Bank.
Equity investors
Advised the Connecting Sydney consortium consisting of Acciona, First State Superannuation and John Laing in relation to the Sydney Light Rail Project.
Blackmores Limited
Advised on club facilities with ANZ, NAB, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of New Zealand involving five jurisdictions (Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Thailand and Australia).
Civeo Corporation
Acted as Australian counsel in relation to a new Syndicated Facility Agreement and subsequent restructure.
