Cameron is a senior associate in the estates Group, with extensive experience in all areas of succession law including estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate litigation and trust litigation. Cameron was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in November 2019 and has practiced exclusively in succession law since 2020.

Cameron acts for a broad range of clients including individuals, executors, professional trustee companies, charities and government organisations. He is also a member of the firm’s Food and Agribusiness industry group and has a particular interest in succession law matters involving primary production families.

Cameron has experience in estate planning and structuring for clients with business structures and related entities. He also assists executors/trustees and beneficiaries with the estate/trust administration process.

Cameron also has experience in the District and Supreme Courts including family provision claims, informal will applications and executor/trustee removal applications. He was previously in the real estate team where he primarily worked on commercial leasing and property acquisition, development and disposal matters.

Cameron enjoys working closely with his clients to help them to achieve their objectives whether that be protecting wealth, maintaining family relationships or navigating the complexities of estate administration or litigation.
