Conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating contract suites to secure sites for Solar, Wind and BESS developments throughout the life of the project including feasibility testing, development, operation and decommissioning.
Acting in the purchase and sale of shopping centres, rural land, business and land packages, greenfield development sites, and State land.
Advising on all aspects of retail, commercial and industrial leasing for both major tenants and landlords, including off-the-plan and existing centres.
Assisting a luxury retreat hotel group with the sale of their portfolio across Queensland and New South Wales, including their brand and core business, ancillary businesses, six property holdings, and management rights for its retained resort assets.
Advising, negotiating and completing contracts for the $100 million subdivison and acquisition of an intended mixed-use development site and existing shopping centre enterprise from a major international developer.
Advising and guiding local government on novel land arrangements, leasing, acquisitions and disposals and precedent suite updates.
