Erika specialises in international commercial arbitration utilising her broad range of general commercial litigation experience. Additionally, she regularly advises in private international law assisting clients with issues in cross-jurisdictional disputes.
Erika’s client experience is broad including individuals, small and large business, major Australian public companies and multinational corporations with a focus largely on the technology, energy, resources and construction sectors.
Erika’s specialist knowledge of international arbitration allows her to advise clients on arbitration agreements when negotiating contracts, act as counsel in arbitration proceedings, determine disputes as arbitrator and assist in enforcing arbitration agreements and awards in the court system.

Advised in relation to claims that foreign investors may bring against sovereign states for breaches of investment treaties.
