She also provides expert dispute resolution advice to parties who are engaged in business with foreign entities or entering into foreign investment opportunities.
Erika specialises in international commercial arbitration utilising her broad range of general commercial litigation experience. Additionally, she regularly advises in private international law assisting clients with issues in cross-jurisdictional disputes.
Erika’s client experience is broad including individuals, small and large business, major Australian public companies and multinational corporations with a focus largely on the technology, energy, resources and construction sectors.
