About Jennie-Lee
Jennie-Lee is a Senior Associate with over ten years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has had carriage of cases in courts in both federal and State jurisdictions across a number of states in Australia, as well as in the Queensland Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
Jennie-Lee’s clients have included major trading banks, ASX-listed companies, large mining companies, leading insolvency practices, trade unions, SMEs, governments and high-net worth individuals.
Her practice is broad, having acted in disputes including corporate, partnership, employment, industrial, building, leasing, planning and environment, consumer, insolvency, debt and professional negligence. She has recently had a particular focus on corporate disputes within the mining and resources sector involving the investigation and prosecution of fraud.
Jennie-Lee is experienced in large-scale litigation involving complex legal and factual issues and e-discovery in which she manages large teams of lawyers for all stages of the litigation. Her education and practice enables her to provide strategic, sensitive and commercial advice to her clients.
