Kristie is an experienced technology lawyer, specialising in commercial transactions with a focus on IT, telecommunications, data, privacy and information security.
She has broad experience advising a range of private and public sector clients, including global digital platforms, large financial institutions, telecommunications service providers, government, and technology service providers and distributors. Kristie has also advised a range of not-for-profit clients.
Her experience prior to joining McCullough Robertson includes acting as Asia-Pacific Legal Counsel for a global, NYSE-listed software vendor, where she was recognised as an accelerating leader in the organisation.
Kristie advises on a range of strategic and innovative transactions and issues, including technology transformation projects, data commercialisation, legal strategy and compliance for digital platforms, and cyber incident management.
