About Louise
Louise is an experienced M&A and joint venture adviser specialising in mining and resources, renewables and energy and infrastructure transactions.
She has extensive experience advising on unregulated mergers and acquisitions (including commodity sales and services arrangements) and assists clients to negotiate complex transactions across a number of jurisdictions. She provides technical advice and is able to structure acquisitions, disposals and establish new ventures to achieve commercial outcomes with advantageous transaction tax outcomes.
Louise is closely involved with the Queensland Resources Council and Queensland Exploration Council and their initiatives and leads McCullough Robertson’s renewable energy practice group.
