Michelle specialises in intellectual property law and trade marks, and works closely with clients to ensure strong brand protection, both in Australia and overseas. She has worked in various legal roles since 2003 and has specialised in trade mark law for over ten years.
Michelle has worked for a range of clients including public and private sector clients, institutions, large multinationals, and individuals. She also works closely with patent and trade mark attorney firms, law firms, and intellectual property consultants from Australia and around the world to provide strategic advice on brand protection and enforcement.
Michelle has experience in advising on all aspects of trade mark prosecution, registrability, strategy and enforcement as well as domain name disputes.
