Siobhan practises in commercial litigation across a range of industries including mining and resources, health, government, and intellectual property.
With a particular interest in intellectual property disputes, prosecutions and disputed government approvals, Siobhan has advised across a number of Australian jurisdictions.
Siobhan’s experience is broad and includes regulatory approval court proceedings and compensation proceedings in the Land Court of Queensland, urgent injunction proceedings in the Supreme Courts of Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and prosecutions under a variety of Queensland Acts.
Additionally she has assisted clients with intellectual property litigation in the Federal Court of Australia, debt recovery proceedings ,judicial review proceedings in the Queensland Supreme Court, and pre-court negotiations and mediations.
