Leading independent Australian law firm McCullough Robertson Lawyers has announced the appointment of Melissa Miller as a Partner in the Digital and IP team based in Sydney.

This appointment continues the growth of our Sydney office and advances our commitment to women in leadership as we head towards our centenary in 2026. 

Melissa joins McCullough Robertson from King & Wood Mallesons where she spent 15 years developing a robust and successful practice in commercial transactions encompassing intellectual property, technology, privacy and data protection, trademarks, copyright, consumer law, food law and regulatory matters, across food and agribusiness and consumer sectors. “Melissa’s appointment is extremely exciting for our domestic and international clients and our Sydney office, building on the recent additions of Kara Mezinec, Mark Riddington, Natalie Kurdian, Kate Peterson, Chris Barr, Nathan Roberts and Stephen Iu to the Sydney partnership.   The ongoing growth of our Sydney office is integral to the future of McCullough Robertson as we adapt to and support our clients in a world of constant change.”
