Leading independent Australian law firm McCullough Robertson Lawyers announced today the appointment of Stephen Iu as a partner in the national Corporate team.
This appointment supports three key areas of focus for McCullough Robertson:
- Sydney and New South Wales growth;
- strengthening the national Corporate practice; and
- adding further corporate expertise and depth to the specialist Food and Agribusiness team.
Mr Iu has supported both private and public sector domestic and international clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial transactions and corporate advisory advice for over 15 years, and comes to McCullough Robertson from global firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
Stephen joins national Corporate partners Damien Clarke, Reece Walker, Adrian Smith, Ben Mortimer, Ben Wood, Tim Wiedman, Aaron Dahl, John Kettle, and Andrew Bukowski with his appointment complementing this cohesive team and further strengthening its global cross-border M&A capabilities.
Stephen has worked across a range of sectors including food and agribusiness and will play a key role in McCullough Robertsonâsâ specialist Food and Agribusiness team, led by Duncan Bedford.
