Aaron advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs and capital raisings, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.

He acts for listed and unlisted clients in the mining and resources, property, medical and pharmaceutical, and the charitable and not-for-profit sector, drawing on extensive knowledge of his clients’ industries to deliver practical support.

Aaron is often engaged to provide guidance complex legal matters such as structuring, mergers, corporate governance issues and advice regarding directors’ duties.  He also has a particular interest in structuring and advising on employee incentive arrangements and acts for a number of large offshore companies in relation to their Australian incentive programs.

Aaron is also a passionate advocate for the arts and Queensland’s music industry and has been a member of the QMusic management committee since June 2021.
