Holly is a project approvals specialist with experience advising on native title, cultural heritage, environment, tenements, land access and other regulatory requirements for projects, with a focus on resources, renewable energy, carbon and public infrastructure projects.
Holly acts for private sector clients and government clients, including government owned corporations.
Holly has experience working in both front end advisory and regulatory litigation and dispute resolution, which enables her to provide considered advice on risk and strategy for projects including in relation to compliance with governing legislation.
