Advising government and contractors about delivery issues and dispute resolution on major road, rail and tunnelling infrastructure projects throughout Australia, including the resolution of disputes via Dispute Resolution Board processes, expert determination, arbitration and litigation.
Acting in significant litigation and disputes for multinational resources companies and major contractors, including Queensland solar farm and LNG projects, electricity transmission projects in New South Wales and Victoria, a Victorian gas plant upgrade, various wind farms, a New South Wales coal mine expansion and Western Australian iron ore and LNG projects.
