About Kerry
Kerry is a senior industrial and workplace relations lawyer, with experience in complex disputes, investigations and advice matters. Kerry has worked in several in-house legal teams in NSW and Commonwealth government departments, including the Fair Work Ombudsman, before entering private practice.
An experienced litigator and advocate, Kerry’s areas of practice includes the full range of employment, industrial, discrimination and safety law as well as local government, information access and administrative review matters.
Kerry has assisted clients in a broad range of industries, including state and local government, banking and finance, child care, health and aged care, education, banking and finance.
Through his work as a non-executive director, Kerry has gained invaluable knowledge of governance, risk, audit and change management which means that he provides pragmatic and realistic advice to clients.
