Marianne specialises in all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property development and due diligence.
She advises large Australian and ASX-listed corporations, property trusts, private syndicates and government (State and local) on all types of real estate assets, including major development sites, hotels, shopping centres, health precincts and other commercial and industrial land and buildings.
Marianne also acts for institutional landlord and major tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions ranging from the drafting and negotiation of major leases to advice on complex agreements for leases.
As the Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Industrial and Logistics Committee, Marianne helps to unlock growth in Queensland through planning policy, sustainability initiatives and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
As Head of McR Private, Marianne is also a trusted adviser to individuals, family offices, private clients, and their advisers, working closely with McR’s multidisciplinary teams to support the family legacy.
Fluent in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), Marianne is passionate about helping to facilitate economic growth between Australia and China, including through her work as an Executive Committee Member of both the Australia China Business Council (Queensland Branch) and the Hong Kong Australia Business Association (Queensland Branch).
