McCullough Robertson has again advised AVADA Group Limited, this time on its $30 million acquisition of the business and assets of Construct Traffic Pty Ltd, a leading traffic management business in Victoria.

AVADA is a key provider of integrated traffic management control services, including planning and permit, traffic control, equipment hire, event management, and incident response.

McCullough Robertson’s multidisciplinary team provided full transactional support, including transaction structuring advice, due diligence, and deal implementation.
