McCullough Robertson has acted on Vald Performance’s acquisition of NMP Technologies Limited and NMP Forcedecks Limited (and their ForceDecks technology).  Vald Performance was recently awarded the Sports Technology Awards ‘Deal of the Year’ for this acquisition, which saw the integration of the ForceDecks technology into Vald Performance’s cloud analytics platform, representing a significant joining of forces in the human measurement space.
