Advising an international car park operator and a multinational engineering company in disputes with receivers in relation to leased property and mining equipment.
Acting for a global commodities company in proceedings to enforce a guarantee.
Advising on voidable transactions, safe harbour provisions, formal insolvency appointments and enforcement proceedings, including winding up actions.
