Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Front-End group, with extensive experience in providing whole-of-project support for a range of renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, and transport projects.
Charlotte has experience with many significant projects across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy and resources projects. She has advised a range of clients, including principals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, both in the government and private spaces.
Charlotte has advised on projects with many contracting and commercial strategies and structures, including design and construct, construct only, alliance, hybrid alliance, subcontracts, early contractor involvement, and others. Her support includes contract drafting, negotiation, and project advice.
