Eva is the joint-lead of McCullough Robertson’s Community Housing group, and leads our Real Estate group, bringing over 15 years of experience in property and real estate law.

Eva advises ASX-listed companies, major corporations, government entities, renewable energy developers, along with property trusts, including REITs and private syndicates, high-net-worth individuals with complex property asset structures, family trusts and family offices.

She is experienced in drafting and negotiating the sale, acquisition and project documentation for large-scale agricultural, commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties. This includes comprehensive and specialised vendor and purchaser legal due diligence, strata and community title subdivision documentation and project contracts for large scale developments.

Eva’s expertise extends to acting for institutional landlords and major tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions ranging from title and leasing due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of major leases, to advice on complex agreements for lease and make good arrangements.

Advising on a joint venture between an Australian property fund and Hong Kong based fund manager, on its $147 million acquisition of a three-hectare development site, from the Nine Network.

Australian property group

Advising on the $603 million acquisition of a portfolio of 54 hospitality assets with comprehensive purchaser leasing and title due diligence across New South Wales, South Australian and Western Australian assets.

 

Major Australian real estate investment trust

Advising on an asset portfolio for major Sydney assets valued in excess of $315 million with joint management agreements, surrender documents and temporary occupation licences.
