As Chief People Officer, Louise drives McCullough Robertson’s people strategy, from talent management and leadership development to performance coaching, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
She plays a key role in the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and has been pivotal in the accreditation of McR as a Family Friendly Workplace, sustaining WGEA Employer of Choice Citation our membership with Pride in Diversity leading activities against their workplace index, and the continuing development and implementation of our Innovate and Stretch Reconciliation Action Plans.
Louise plays an active role with McR’s key clients, from delivering training on leadership and influence, culture and performance, wellbeing and sustainability, to offering informal guidance on policy development or new initiatives. As part of an extensive learning and development framework, she is also involved in industry-recognised senior leader and emerging leader programs, which serve as cornerstone initiatives for developing leadership capability.
Beyond her role at McR, Louise has served for several years as Chair on the Board of Carers Queensland, supporting its mission to empower carers, people with disabilities, and their families through advocacy and inclusion.

Spearheaded the recognition of McR as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and maintaining this recognition for 15 consecutive years.

Louise was a featured panellist at the 2021 IntelliHR Performance Summit, where she shared her expertise on cultivating a performance-focused culture, transforming leadership mindsets, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximise individual and team potential.
Designed and delivered “Tomorrow’s GC,” a tailored client program for in-house counsel based on proven leadership frameworks, equipping future General Counsel with the skills and strategic mindset to navigate evolving legal and business landscapes.
Led the firm’s successful efforts to be named Gold Small Employer of the Year at the 2024 Australian Workplace Equality Index’s LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards, a recognition of the firm’s unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Championing Best Practice in Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) response through best-practice policies and recognised as a business leader in DFV response and education and acts as an affiliate of WorkHaven, that assists workplaces take a meaningful and actionable approach to DFV.
