Cameron leads the firm’s workplace health and safety team. Reflecting his significant experience in workplace relations matters, he is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading practitioners in the employment and industrial relations field.

Cameron regularly provides specialist advice and representation to clients about workplace health and safety compliance, and is for many clients the ‘go to’ lawyer when responding to workplace incidents, including for prosecutions and coronial matters.

His broader employment relations experience includes dealing with industrial disputes, employment terminations, contract drafting, restraints of trade, harassment and discrimination issues.

Cameron has worked with clients across sectors including resources, transport, banking, agribusiness, construction, education, health and local government. Due to ongoing changes, Cameron regularly provides continuing education and updates to ensure clients stay informed of issues affecting their business.
